Deodorizers

Room: cut onion in half, set on a plate, leave out overnight
Carpet: sprinkle baking soda on carpet, let sit a few hours, vacuum up
- Add 15 drops of essential oils to 1 c baking soda. Combine and let sit for 20 minutes before use. Add to Shaker jar and sprinkle on carpet. Let sit 20 minutes before vacuuming.
Containers (plastic): soak in warm water and baking soda overnight
Containers (glass): bathe in mixture of 1 qt warm water and 1 t powdered mustard
Car: put a wax tart in a cup holder
Freezer: wipe with a cotton pad dampened with pure vanilla extract
Refrigerator: wipe with a 50-50 mix of water and white vinegar
Disposal: run hot water, drop citrus peels down the hatch, turn on disposal
