Parmesan Caesar Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 cup caesar dressing
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ garlic powder
  • 1 cup + ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese (separately)
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • *Parsely

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. Combine caesar dressing, sour cream, garlic powder, and 1 cup parmesan cheese. Stir until combined.
  3. Lay chicken breasts in a 9×13″ pan. Season with salt and pepper on both sides. Pour dressing over chicken and spread it out until it is completely covered. Sprinkle ½ cup shredded parmesan over sauce.
  4. Bake 30 minutes.
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

  • Optional: Broil 2–4 minutes at end to get a golden crust.
