Bread Machine Pizza Dough

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups water + 3 tbsp (at 80°F)*
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp powdered milk*
  • 4½ cups bread flour
  • 1¼ tsp (¼ oz) active dry yeast

Instructions

  1. Put ingredients into bread machine in order listed.
  2. Set machine to dough cycle.
  3. Divide dough into 2 portions for thick crust pizza, or into 4 portions for thin crust pizza.

Notes

*Replace 2 tbsp powdered milk:
  • Reduce water to 1 cup + 3 tbsp
  • Add ½ cup milk
