Monkey Bread

Ingredients

  • 4 tubes refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (3 for 9×13” pan)
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1½ sticks butter, melted
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease bundt (or 9×13”) pan.
  2. In large resealable baggie, mix ½ cup sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon. Shake to mix.
  3. Flatten biscuits with palm. Cut into 4 pieces. Place biscuit pieces in baggie, seal and shake to coat.
  4. In a small bowl, stir together butter, cinnamon and brown sugar.
  5. Place in biscuits in pan. Pour butter mixture over biscuits.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Cool before eating.
