- 1 cup flavored vodka (e.g., strawberry or blue raspberry)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 (3-oz) package of Jello (matching flavor to vodka)
- 1 cup cold water
- 2–3 packets of Pop Rocks candy
- Shot glasses or small plastic cups
- In a mixing bowl, combine the boiling water with the Jello powder.
- Stir until the Jello is completely dissolved, about 2 minutes.
- Add the cold water and flavored vodka to the mixture, stirring well.
- Pour the liquid into shot glasses or small plastic cups, filling them about ¾ full.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the Jello is fully set.
- Just before serving, sprinkle a generous amount of Pop Rocks on top of each Jello shot.
- Serve immediately, as the Pop Rocks will start to react with the moisture in the Jello.
