Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chuck
  • 4 oz sour cream
  • 1 (10 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp beef bouillon
  • ⅓ pkg egg noodles

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown beef; drain. Return meat to skillet.
  2. Prepare noodles according to package directions. Add sour cream, mushroom soup, salt, onion powder, and beef bouillon to the skillet. Blend together well and heat thoroughly on med-low.
  3. Serve meat mixture over cooked noodles.
