D5 Peanut Butter Pudding Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes Nutty Buddies
  • ½ cup butter
  • 2 blocks cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups peanut butter
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 oz instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • *Chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. Cut 1 box + 1 package of buddy sticks in half. Grind remainder of the buddy sticks. Melt butter and mix with grounds. Press into 12″ springform pan. Line the edge of the pan by standing the half-sticks like a fence.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar and milk until fluffy. Add vanilla, pudding, and whipping cream. Mix well.
  3. Add filling to pan and smooth the top.
  4. Cool in refrigerator for 6–8 hours.
  5. Drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.
