Place eggs in a large saucepan; cover eggs with cold water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer for about 15 minutes.
Immediately drain; run cold water over eggs to stop cooking. Peel eggs; halve lengthwise.
Remove the yolks and place them in a small bowl. Mash yolks with a fork. Add all remaining ingredients except paprika; mix until fluffy. Spoon or pipe mixture into egg white halves. Sprinkle with paprika.
