Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients

Casserole:
  • 2-lb pkg frozen hash browns
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 2 (10 ¾-oz) cans cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup butter, melted
Topping:
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups Ritz crackers or Corn Flakes, crushed

Instructions

  1. Mix first 6 ingredients together. Pour into 8″x10″ pan.
  2. Mix topping ingredients together; spread over contents of the pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes, or until browned well.
