Hashbrown Casserole
Ingredients
Casserole:
2-lb pkg frozen hash browns
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
2 (10 ¾-oz) cans cheddar cheese soup
1 cup sour cream
½ cup butter, melted
Topping:
¼ cup butter, melted
2 cups Ritz crackers or Corn Flakes, crushed
Instructions
Mix first 6 ingredients together. Pour into 8″x10″ pan.
Mix topping ingredients together; spread over contents of the pan.
Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes, or until browned well.
