Taco Stuffed Pasta
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 green pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
1 pkt taco seasoning, divided
Jumbo pasta shells
Colby jack cheese sticks, cut in threes
Sour cream
*Green onions
Instructions
Brown ground beef. Drain. Add peppers, onions, and taco seasoning (reserving a few tsp of seasoning for the dip).
Meanwhile, cook jumbo shells al dente.
Stuff one jumbo shell with meat mixture. Add a cut of cheese. Cover with another jumbo shell. Spray stuffed shells with cooking spray.
Cook stuffed shells in an air fryer on 400°F for 15–20 minutes.
Mix remaining taco seasoning into sour cream to serve as dip for the shells. Garnish with green onions.
