Baked Garlic-Parmesan Carrot Fries
Ingredients
Carrots
2 carrots
1 tbsp oil
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp pepper
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
½ tsp salt
Dipping Sauce
2 tbsp greek yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tbsp garlic salt
1 tsp pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Slice the top and bottom off of carrots, then slice them in half, and slice each half into thirds lengthwise.
In a large bowl, mix ingredients with carrot sticks. Spread on a baking sheet.
Bake for 15–20 minutes (depending on how crispy you want them).
Allow to cool for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, mix together the sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
Serve with warm carrot fries.
