Bacon Grilled Cheese Rollups

Ingredients

  • 8 slices sandwich bread
  • 8 slices cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices bacon*
  • 2–4 tbsp butter
* Can use precooked bacon.

Instructions

  1. Precook bacon, but do not cook it to crispiness.
  2. Cut crusts off the bread. Roll bread slices flat with a rolling pin. Top each bread slice with a slice of cheese. Roll up bread and cheese. Wrap each rollup with a slice of bacon. Secure with a toothpick.
  3. In a pan over medium heat, melt butter. Place rollups in pan. Brown all sides of rollups by turning rollups in a pan and adding butter as needed.
