Ingredients

  • Baking potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  Toppings:
  • Butter
  • BBQ pork
  • Bacon bits
  • Sour cream
  • Shredded cheddar
  • Green onions
  • Broccoli

Instructions

Oven
  • Rub olive oil all over the outside of the potatoes. Sprinkle with salt.
  • Wrap potatoes individually in aluminum foil. Prick potatoes all over with a fork.
  • Bake at 425°F for 45–60 minutes or until a knife cuts through with no resistance.
  Microwave
  • Prick potatoes all over with a fork.
  • Place in potato pouch and place in microwave. Bake on high for 7–9 minutes.
  Slow cooker
  • Rub olive oil all over the outside of the potatoes. Sprinkle with salt.
  • Wrap potatoes individually in aluminum foil. Prick potatoes all over with a fork.
  • Cook on high for 4½–5 hours or low for 7½–8 hours.
