3 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1″ strips
½ cup butter, melted
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix together breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Dip chicken in melted butter; coat with breadcrumb mixture. Place chicken strips in a greased shallow baking dish. Drizzle with any remaining butter.
Bake 35 minutes or until chicken is golden brown.
