In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, beef broth, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and ground ginger. Pour this sauce into the skillet with the cooked beef and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
While the beef mixture is simmering, cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and add the cooked noodles to the beef mixture, tossing to coat the noodles in the sauce.
Sprinkle chopped green onions over the noodles for an added touch of freshness. Serve hot.
