Egg Salad

Ingredients

  • 6 large hard-boiled eggs
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped green onion
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 6 tbsp mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon until crisp. Crumble.
  2. Chop eggs in a bowl. Add bacon, green onion, pepper, salt and mayonnaise. Stir.
  3. Cool in refrigerator for 1 hour.
