Egg Salad
Ingredients
6 large
hard-boiled eggs
6 slices bacon
1 tbsp finely chopped green onion
½ tsp pepper
¼ tsp salt
6 tbsp mayonnaise
Instructions
Cook bacon until crisp. Crumble.
Chop eggs in a bowl. Add bacon, green onion, pepper, salt and mayonnaise. Stir.
Cool in refrigerator for 1 hour.
