Scalloped Corn

Ingredients

  • 2 (16 oz) cans creamed corn
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups Ritz cracker crumbs
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 cups milk
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine all ingredients together. Pour into a greased baking dish.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes.
