Macaroni Salad

Ingredients

Salad:
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 16 oz uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg cooked ham, cubed
  • ½ cup green onions, chopped
  • ½ cup pickles, chopped
  • 16 oz cheddar cheese, cubed
Dressing:
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni to desired doneness as directed on the package. Drain; rinse with cold water to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, ham, onions, pickles, and cheese.
  3. In a small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; blend well. Add to salad; mix well. Gently stir in hard-cooked eggs.
  4. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until serving time.
