Peanut Butter Granola Balls
Ingredients
½ cup peanut butter or almond butter
½ cup brown rice syrup or ⅓ cup honey
1 cup crispy rice cereal
1½ cups granola
¼ cup dried fruit, chopped
Instructions
Place nut butter and syrup in a saucepan; heat on medium-low heat for 2 minutes, or until it’s warm and smooth.
In a bowl, mix cereal, granola, and fruit. Stir warm nut-butter mixture into granola mixture. Roll mixture into 1″ balls.
Notes
Store leftover balls, covered, at room temperature for up to 1 week.
