- 2 oz bourbon
- 3 oz iced tea
- 1½ oz lemon juice
- 1 tbsp honey

- Combine honey and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. Stir until honey is dissolved.
- Add iced tea, bourbon, and ice. Shake vigorously until well-chilled.
- Strain the mixture into an ice-filled glass.
- Garnish with lemon wheel.
