Bacon-Ranch Pork Chops
Ingredients
6 slices center-cut bacon, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
1 (1 oz) envelope Ranch dressing mix
1 tsp dried parsley
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 boneless pork chops
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 6–8 minutes or until crisp. Remove from heat.
Crumble bacon and pour crumbles and reserved drippings into a medium bowl. Stir in oil, Ranch mix, parsley, and garlic.
Place pork on a large-rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drizzle with bacon mixture.
Bake 15–20 minutes or until done.
