Bacon-Ranch Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 6 slices center-cut bacon, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 (1 oz) envelope Ranch dressing mix
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 6–8 minutes or until crisp. Remove from heat.
  3. Crumble bacon and pour crumbles and reserved drippings into a medium bowl. Stir in oil, Ranch mix, parsley, and garlic.
  4. Place pork on a large-rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drizzle with bacon mixture.
  5. Bake 15–20 minutes or until done.
