Cheesy Chicken Fingers

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 3 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1″ strips
  • ½ cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix together breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Dip chicken in melted butter; coat with breadcrumb mixture. Place chicken strips in a greased shallow baking dish. Drizzle with any remaining butter.
  3. Bake 35 minutes or until chicken is golden brown.
