Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 1 tsp dry mustard or 2 tsp prepared mustard
  • Dash pepper
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Paprika or chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Place eggs in a large saucepan; cover eggs with cold water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer for about 15 minutes.
  2. Immediately drain; run cold water over eggs to stop cooking. Peel eggs; halve lengthwise.
  3. Remove the yolks and place them in a small bowl. Mash yolks with a fork. Add all remaining ingredients except paprika; mix until fluffy. Spoon or pipe mixture into egg white halves. Sprinkle with paprika.
