Ham & Au Gratin Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 (28-oz) bag frozen potatoes O’Brien (with onions & peppers), thawed
  • 1 (16-oz) bag chopped ham
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag frozen cut green beans, thawed
  • 2 cans cream of potato soup
  • ¼ cup chive and onion sour cream*
  • 1 cup french fried onions

Instructions

Slow Cooker
  1. Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients except sour cream and fried onions.
  2. Cover. Cook 5–6 hours on low.
  3. Stir sour cream into potato mixture. Sprinkle onions over top.
  4. Cover. Cook 5 minutes or until onions are thoroughly heated.
Oven
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray 9×13” pan with cooking spray.
  3. Mix all ingredients except sour cream and fried onions.
  4. Bake for 45–55 minutes or until bubbly throughout and browning.
  5. Stir sour cream into potato mixture. Sprinkle onions over top. Cook 5 minutes or until onions are thoroughly heated.

Notes

  • *If sour cream is hard to find, use chive & onion dip or spread or just regular sour cream.
