Monkey Bread
Ingredients
4 tubes refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (3 for 9×13” pan)
⅓ cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1½ sticks butter, melted
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup brown sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease bundt (or 9×13”) pan.
In large resealable baggie, mix ½ cup sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon. Shake to mix.
Flatten biscuits with palm. Cut into 4 pieces. Place biscuit pieces in baggie, seal and shake to coat.
In a small bowl, stir together butter, cinnamon and brown sugar.
Place in biscuits in pan. Pour butter mixture over biscuits.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Cool before eating.
