Slow Cooker Taco Casserole
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
Garlic, minced
1 pkg frozen shredded hashbrowns
1 can diced tomatoes with green chiles
1 can cheddar cheese soup
8 oz sour cream
2 cups shredded taco-style cheese, divided
Instructions
Cook the hamburger with taco seasoning and garlic.
Add hashbrowns, hamburger, diced tomatoes and green chiles, cheddar cheese soup, sour cream and half of the shredded cheese to slow cooker.
Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours.
Top with remaining cheese to serve.
