Combine flour, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika in a shallow dish.
Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Dredge chops in flour mixture until well-coated.
Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet. Brown pork chops on both sides. Top pork chops with onion, apple slices, barbecue sauce and garlic. Cover; simmer 30 minutes or until chops are tender.
