Ingredients
2 cups shredded chicken
1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
2 tbsp red onion, finely diced
⅓ cup mayonnaise
1 tsp fresh thyme leaves, chopped
Instructions
Combine chicken, grapes, red onion, mayonnaise, thyme, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Cool in refrigerator for 1 hour.
