Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
  • 2 tbsp red onion, finely diced
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves, chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine chicken, grapes, red onion, mayonnaise, thyme, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Cool in refrigerator for 1 hour.
