Inside-Out Caramel Apples

Ingredients

  • Apples
  • Caramel, melted
  • Toppings:
    • Nuts
    • Mini chocolate chips
    • Mini M&Ms

Instructions

  1. Cut an apple in half and scoop out the inside with a melon baller, making sure to get all the core pieces but leaving the edges so it makes a bowl shape. Fill the apple “bowl” with melted caramel. Add toppings.
  2. Refrigerate until the caramel has solidified.
  3. Slice the halves into bite-sized wedges and serve.
