Pork Chops in Baked Bean Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 lb boneless pork chops
  • 1⁄3 cup onion, chopped
  • 1⁄2 tsp salt
  • 1⁄4 tsp garlic salt
  • 1⁄8 tsp pepper
  • 1 (28-oz) can baked beans
  • *1⁄4 tsp hot pepper sauce
  • 1 (20-oz) can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1⁄3 cup chili sauce

Instructions

  1. Place pork chops in a greased 5- to 7-quart slow cooker. Cover with onion. Sprinkle with salt, garlic salt and pepper. Combine baked beans and hot sauce; pour over chops. Combine pineapple and chili sauce; spread over beans.
  2. Cover and cook on low 7–8 hours.
