Cherry Pie
Ingredients
2 crusts
1 (16 oz) can pitted tart red cherries in water, drained
1 (16 oz) can cherry pie filling
¾ cup sugar
¼ cup flour
Instructions
Heat oven to 425°F. Prepare pie crusts for a 9” pie pan.
In a large bowl, combine cherries, sugar, and flour; toss gently to mix.
Spoon into the crust-lined pan. Top with second crust; seal edges and flute. Cut slits in several places in the top crust.
Bake for 35–45 minutes or until juice begins to bubble through slits in crust.
