Preheat oven to 250°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together the Chex cereal, pretzel sticks, roasted peanuts, and chopped dill pickle chips.
In a separate bowl, whisk together melted butter, dill pickle juice, garlic powder, onion powder, dill weed, and a pinch of salt. Pour the butter mixture over the Chex mix and stir well to ensure everything is evenly coated.
Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer. Bake for about 30–40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes to ensure even baking.
Remove from the oven and let cool completely before serving.
