  • Sweet onion

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Cut potatoes and onions into chunks. Cut onion into slivers.
  • Spread potatoes and onions onto baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with oil.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
