In a large bowl, combine 1½ cups flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Mix well.
In a small saucepan, heat milk, water, and butter until very warm (120–130°F). Add warm liquid and eggs to the flour mixture. Blend at low speed until moistened. Beat 3 minutes at medium speed.
